Janitronics Facility Services is seeking a Team Cleaning Specialist in Bennington, VT. The role supports cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, healthy work environment for staff and clients. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5pm–7pm, with opportunities for additional hours.

The position offers wage of $17.00/hour, paid training, and weekly pay. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed.
• Resupply and restock supplies as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash in assigned areas.
• Maintain safety and security procedures.
• Communicate maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
