Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to join our team for evening hours. This role focuses on basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, and entryways, using floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.

You will follow health and safety guidelines and report maintenance needs to management. We offer multiple shifts, full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities with a competitive salary structure and benefits including medical, dental, life, LTD, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean all basic areas including restrooms, entrances, floors, and common spaces.
• Sanitize, restock and organize break rooms and supplies.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and dispose of waste properly.
