Job summary

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep of facilities.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours and potentially arm alarms.
• Take care of spills and use appropriate tools.
• Lock up the facility and notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and coordinate with outside cleaners when needed.
