Harvard Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitorial Cleaner for the Cincinnati area. You will perform basic cleaning of restrooms, common areas, stairwells, and entryways. Shifts are Mon-Fri 5pm-9pm with reliable transportation to site locations.

Responsibilities include sanitizing areas, restocking supplies, and handling waste in accordance with safety guidelines. Strong communication and a willingness to work physical tasks are required. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsabilités

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
