Job summary

Bbmaint is seeking a part-time cleaner in Lincoln, ME to keep assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and orderly. Evening hours with flexible start times after 6pm; schedule shows about 1.5 hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, totaling roughly 3 hours per week.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation to maintain a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and detail oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must complete background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces.
• Sanitize restrooms and maintain overall cleanliness of assigned buildings.
