Job summary

DFA/Kemps is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain clean and safe facilities across offices, warehouses, and production areas. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, restrooms upkeep, inventory, and exterior grounds care, with attention to GMPs and safety protocols.

Earn $21.00 per hour with a M-F 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule, 401(k) with company contributions, paid vacation/holidays, and opportunities for career growth. Uniforms provided and shift differentials apply on 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Able to follow directions and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Must read, write and speak English. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean internal building appearance through housekeeping and organization.
• Follow work schedules to complete cleaning and sanitizing tasks per job orders.
• Perform custodian duties: vacuum, sweep, mop and handle debris and trash.
• Maintain restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, and replenish supplies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and re-order as needed.
• Clean exterior areas and operate general grounds equipment as required.
• Handle emergency cleaning requests and coordinate with teams.
• Use chemicals to sanitize the facility and maintain safety PPE.
• Support QA/EHS, assist with inspections and events as needed.
• Distribute PPE and follow all safety and sanitation requirements.
