Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor in San Tan Valley, AZ to maintain clean, orderly, and disinfected workspaces. You will perform interior cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, restroom upkeep, and trash disposal across offices and common areas.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to work from 3 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Friday. You will also monitor supplies, report unsafe conditions, and help maintain cleaning records.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings: floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls.

• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and restock restrooms; wash windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request missing materials.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at night.
