Job summary

Harvard Maintenance in Orlando seeks a friendly Cleaner to join our team. You will perform basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, and floors, with attention to safety and quality. Multiple shifts available, including full-time and part-time opportunities.

You should have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and good communication skills. We offer a competitive hourly wage of USD 15.00, medical, dental, life, LTD, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
