U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Evening Cleaning Specialist in Fenton, MI. The role is full-time with a schedule Monday through Saturday, evenings after 8pm or 6pm on weekdays, and after 4pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to understand and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Experience in cleaning preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers) and use cleaning chemicals.
• Clean and detail service areas to Servico standards.
• Clock in/out using cellphone app and complete inspection reports with photos.
• Work in a team or alone with minimal supervision.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned.
