Responsibilities

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Perform quality checks on own work to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Perform floor care activities (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, carpet cleaning)
• Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report client concerns or quality issues to a supervisor promptly
• Complete cleaning logs and related documentation as required
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks across assigned areas as needed
• Provide excellent, professional customer service
