Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at a Sandy, UT site. The role involves delegating job assignments, supervising in Manager's absence, and ensuring clean, safe buildings for workers and customers.

Schedule is M-F 2:30 to 10:00 PM, with opportunities for training and growth within ABM's wide service footprint. The Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate with management, and handle keys and access cards, while supporting general

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed. Report any barriers.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintains open communication between field staff and management.
• Monitors and documents client communications.
• Assists with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversees cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manages keys and access cards for the property.
