Marsden Central L.L.C., Marsden Holding Company is a facility services provider with a nationwide footprint. We are seeking a reliable team member to perform cleaning duties at our Wayzata location. The role requires you to be 18+, speak English, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

A pre-employment background check is required. Shifts are Tue and Thu 5:00pm–8:00pm, with compensation of $16.50/hour and permanent, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
