Job summary

OnPoint Building Services is looking for motivated individuals for a Part-Time, 2nd Shift janitorial role. The position offers a Monday 5:00pm-8:00pm schedule, weekly pay, paid training, uniforms and all supplies provided, and a referral bonus of up to $500.

There is room to grow into lead and supervisor roles as you contribute to cleaner, healthier work environments for our clients. No prior experience is required beyond a willingness to learn; a clean background check and reliable

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to job location required.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash from small and large cans.
• Vacuum floors using upright or backpack vacuums.
• Dust and wipe surfaces; disinfect where needed.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean office areas and ensure areas meet schedule deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain customer service standards.

Job Skills / Requirements

Shift: Monday 5:00pm-8:00pm

General Purpose:

Ensuring the accurate and timely cleaning of a Commercial or warehouse facility. You will need a clean background check and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collection and disposal of trash (small and large cans).
• Vacuuming (upright and vacuum backpack).
• Dusting.
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
• Sweeping.
• Mopping.
• Restroom cleaning, restocking, and replenishing.
• Office area cleaning.
• Ensures timely completion of assigned cleaning area(s) according to schedule.
• Follows safety guidelines, quality standards, and ensures customer service expectations are met.
• Performs other janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications/Education/Work Experience:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to job location.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires bending, twisting, lifting (up to 25 pounds), stretching, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time.

This is a Part-Time position2nd Shift.

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required
