Velociti Services is seeking an Evening Cleaner to join our team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on standard custodial tasks at client locations, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and trash removal. This part-time position operates Monday through Friday evenings, with a schedule of 5:30pm to 10:30pm.

Overview

As a Cleaner at Velociti Services you will be part of our frontline associates that provide commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations focusing on standard custodial and janitorial tasks that include but are not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal.

Responsibilities

Success Criteria:

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment
• Instilling trust

Key Accountabilities:

• Vacuuming
• Edging

• Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• Sweeping and mopping floors

Physical Requirements:

Applicants for this role must be able to:

• Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds

• Standing for extended periods of time
