ALLEN DISTRIBUTION is seeking a Clamp Forklift Operator in our Operations department. The role involves using power equipment to load/unload products and move materials safely on a shift that runs Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

The position requires a forklift license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working in a non-climate controlled environment. The job emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Maintain safety and operate in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Use of power equipment to load and unload product; safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product.
• Follow Dock Safety policy and complete lift inspections prior to operation.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free.
• Report all equipment malfunctions to supervisor/maintenance immediately.
