Job summary

Guaranteedcsi is seeking a part-time Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of client facilities. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include emptying trash, cleaning windows and floors, replenishing supplies, using cleaning equipment, and reporting issues via our mobile app. Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Excellent work history.
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash receptacles and use compactor for designated materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow cleaning schedule provided by supervisors.
• Use heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrances.
• Follow procedures for safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Use our mobile cleaning app to report issues and supply needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the scope of work or customer needs
