The Chateau of Long Beach is seeking compassionate PM Caregivers and Medication Technicians in Long Beach, CA. This full-time role includes a $500 sign-on bonus (conditions apply) and no experience required as training is provided.

Shifts are 2pm-10:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with opportunities for growth and versatile scheduling. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care, coordinating with physicians, scheduling appointments, and

• Must pass DOJ FBI live scan background clearance mandated by licensing.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and TB test clearance.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily assignments and ADLs, ensuring completion.
• Provide ethical and respectful care to residents.
• Progressive documentation and communication with physicians.
• Schedule resident doctor’s appointments.
• Reduce resident pain and promote engagement and independence.
• Maintain composure during emergencies and ensure safety.
