Job summary

The Ivy Colorado Springs, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks a compassionate Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and personal care in a welcoming senior living community. The 2pm–10pm shift offers a stable schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. We value teamwork, empathy, and respect for residents and their families, with a strong focus on safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required.
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation across staff and departments.
