Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification or CBRF certification required or in progress.
• Part-time evening availability 7pm-9pm; Mon-Fri and alternating weekends.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client care and progress.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as required.
• Ensure a safe living environment by identifying hazards and implementing safety measures.
