Qualifications

• Certification as a Caregiver at the Personal, Supervisory, and Directed level.
• Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint clearance card, TB test.
• Certified Caregiver Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers and/or assists with the self-administration of routine and non-routine medications per physician orders.
• Completes simple treatments and reports residents’ vital signs as directed.
• Maintains accurate records of medications and treatments on the medication administration record.
