Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Six months of experience in intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in the community and pursue personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
