SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an experienced, confident, and dependable caregiver for a full-time afternoon/evening position. This role involves working in a challenging social environment and requiring calm, patient, professional, and respectful interactions.

The ideal caregiver demonstrates comfort with clients or families who have strong personalities, varied communication styles, or differing expectations, while providing compassionate home care.

Formación

• Previous caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication skills with clients and office staff.
• Ability to maintain professionalism during stressful or confrontational interactions.
• Ability to follow established care plans and directions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical care in the client's home.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Assist with mobility and other care needs per the care plan.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping related to care.
• Medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes or concerns to the office.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
