Job summary

Lifesteps, a local, human service agency in Worthington, PA, is hiring Direct Care Aides to work with adults with disabilities in a residential home setting. This role requires compassion and the ability to assist with daily living activities, including meals, grooming, and transport to appointments.

Available full-time evenings (3 pm–11 pm) and part-time shifts with flexible scheduling. Paid training is provided; experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
• No experience necessary and paid training provided

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers)

assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Duties

Available Shifts are: Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm.

Part-time hours are also available

with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Great for additional income or a second job.

Experienced home health aides, nurse’s aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals welcome!
