Job summary

Medium seeks a Care Coordinator in Edgewater, Maryland, to assist individuals in daily activities, monitor medication, and support their recovery from mental health issues. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Prompt residents to start their day and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor medication and facilitate transportation.
• Support individuals in their recovery journey from mental illness and substance use.
