Medium seeks a Care Coordinator in Edgewater, Maryland, to assist individuals in daily activities, monitor medication, and support their recovery from mental health issues. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in human services, and at least one year of relevant experience. The role offers a pay rate of $18 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 10 PM, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation field.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsabilités

• Prompt residents to start their day and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor medication and facilitate transportation.
• Support individuals in their recovery journey from mental illness and substance use.

Experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation

Formation

High School Diploma or GED
