Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 6 months of lead or supervisory experience leading entry level staff and managing challenging situations and circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise environmental services staff on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily work activities and schedules.
• Provide training on safety, OSHA standards, and policies.
• Ensure quality cleaning and safety compliance in all areas.
• Interview and assist with hiring or promotions as needed.
