Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in fast-food production or service or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a fast-food environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to supervise cooks, food service workers and student staff.
• Proven ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and supervisors in hiring and training staff.
• Operate POS and handle cash according to procedures.
• Oversee food preparation, service quality and compliance with policies.
• Schedule and adjust student workers and shift coverage.
