Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to train, supervise, and inspect subordinates; maintain time/materials records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises afternoon/evening custodial staff; interacts with staff and community groups.
• Ensures cleanliness, upkeep, and security of the assigned facility during shift.
• Maintains records and prepares routine reports; supports emergency responses when required.
