Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. You will perform assessments, monitor detoxification, administer medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant care.

You will document accurately in MARs, participate in audits, follow infection control protocols, and respond to medical emergencies using established procedures.

Qualifications

• Nursing license and ability to provide direct clinical care.
• Experience in behavioral health and substance use settings preferred.
• Ability to perform assessments, medication management, and detox monitoring.
• Strong documentation and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission screenings and monitor detoxification.
• Administer medications per physician orders and maintain MARs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for continuity of care.
