Job summary

ntc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center-based role in Washington state. This evening schedule runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (15 hours/week) with compensation between $95 and $105 per hour.

You will oversee a small caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to achieve meaningful outcomes in a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support meaningful outcomes.
