Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in San Diego, California, is hiring a Bartender for the Diamond Room. This is a full-time or part-time tipped position responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience. Pay is $17.75 per hour, not including potential tips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience handling cash and processing credit card payments.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drink orders, collect payment, and make correct change.
• Mix drinks using standardized recipes.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, check IDs, follow policies.
• Complete sales and inventory reports.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors and supplies.
