Red Rossa is seeking an Evening Bartender to join our team in a friendly, relaxed daytime atmosphere for locals, event, and lodging guests. You will mix cocktails, serve at the bar and dining area, and ensure warm, efficient service from open to close.

Ideal candidates have bartending or serving experience, are friendly and dependable, and can multitask during busy periods while maintaining a clean, stocked bar and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending and/or serving preferred.

• Dependable and punctual for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bartend during shifts, preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Serve guests at the bar and in designated dining section
• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service from open to close
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Follow all alcohol safety, food safety, and cleanliness standards
