Job summary

Blue Bottle Coffee in Georgetown is seeking a Barista who loves coffee, food, and hospitality. You’ll prepare beverages, serve food, and guide guests with care. You’ll train through Blue Bottle Academy and contribute to sustainability goals in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Shifts include late Fridays and Saturdays; you must be eligible to work in the United States and 18+. We offer health, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, employee discounts, and training.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certification required for the state you will work in.
• Basic math and computer skills are expected.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and teammates.
• Make and serve beverages with various brewing methods.
• Prepare and serve food to guests.
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle offerings through tastings and trainings.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness; support cafe operations as needed.
