Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace is seeking a Bakery Clerk to assist in all bakery operations, including packaging, labeling, and displaying baked goods while engaging guests in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.

The role requires flexibility to work a 24+ hour week, including Sundays on a rotation, and offers a competitive hourly wage with benefits. Training and career development are emphasized in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail or guest service (preferred).
• Previous specialty cheese experience (preferred).
• Drive is preferred to support a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery in production, development, preparation, and maintenance of Bakery items.
• Display and restock Bakery products, ensure shelves are fresh and organized.
• Maintain accurate food inventories and rotate stock.
• Educate customers about Bakery products and Lee’s Marketplace services.
• Complete orders via in-store and digital systems and maintain certifications.
