Panera Bread Lady Lake is seeking an evening team member to join our bakery café. You’ll work in an energetic, collaborative environment with shifts that run through the afternoon and finish by 11:00 PM, so evenings are kept free for you.

No late-night shifts here, just great teamwork and opportunities to grow. You'll receive comprehensive training, contribute to a fast-paced service flow, and help maintain a welcoming space for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially evenings.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during the evening rush.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks quickly and accurately.
• Support team in keeping the café organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Handle closing duties, including cleaning and restocking for the next day.
