Qualifications

• Prior baking experience required, preferably in a large-scale production kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods using approved recipes and production standards.
• Maintains production records, tracks waste, and notes shortages for supervisor.
• Ensures proper presentation, quality, portions, and serving temperatures.
• Keeps equipment, supplies, and workstation clean and orderly.
• Handles food safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Cleans equipment and area; keeps displays debris-free.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints politely.
• Keeps pace with peak production calmly and accurately.
• Checks all food is presented and displayed per standards.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies (OSHA/corporate).
• Completes shifts timely and thoroughly as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
