Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong interest in automotive technical field and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in automotive operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow supervisor directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with approved light-duty maintenance and repair under supervision.
• Follow SOPs, procedures, shop processes, and mentor directions.
• Ensure repair orders are valid and documented accurately.
• Record procedures, findings, parts, and follow-up needs.
• Escalate issues beyond approved scope to supervisor.
• Maintain organized work area and proper tool/equipment handling.
• Participate in training and coaching activities.
• Support end-of-shift handoff with proper documentation.
