Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Marlborough is seeking an Evening and Weekend Outpatient Therapist to support our mission of expanding access to quality mental health care. The role balances in-person clinic work with telehealth, and you will operate within a team that values authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a compensation range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year depending on model, licensure, and caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Candidates must have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT/LPCC/LICSW/LP.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient setting.
• Maintain caseload to meet weekly billable expectations; full-time: 26 hours.
• Deliver excellent client service and collaborate with team to close care gaps.
• Utilize creative interventions to support client goals and participate in staff trainings.

Clinic Location:

2 Mt. Royal Avenue, Marlborough, MA

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, number of client sessions per week, licensure, and experience.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university


• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.


• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes


• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients


• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.


• Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting


• Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations; full-time: 26 hours.


• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community


• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals


• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
