Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients. You will work across days, nights, and weekends, with flexible scheduling and local support from clinicians.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation using a tablet, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. An active LPN/LVN license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients per the plan of care.
• Document patient care activities using Aveanna tablet and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
