Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for part-time ambulatory services housekeeping at our Shawsville, VA location.

The role focuses on disinfecting ambulatory facilities, cleaning restrooms and patient areas, and maintaining supplies and equipment. The schedule is 5:30pm–9:30pm with no weekend work.

Candidates must have prior professional cleaning experience (preferably 6 months) and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; the pay range is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior professional cleaning experience is required, preferably at least 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste; handles containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean condition.
