Job summary

Xanitos is hiring a part-time Ambulatory Housekeeper for the Timonium, MD facility. The role supports ambulatory care environments by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in patient and clinical areas.

Shift is 6:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend/holiday. Salary is $17.50 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; janitorial experience is a plus, and post-offer medical, background screening, and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
