Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in McKinney, TX is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for ambulatory services. The evening shift starts at 6:00 pm or later, with online applications accepted only.

Prior healthcare EVS experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. The role includes disinfecting areas, floor and restroom cleaning, and keeping equipment clean. Weekends and holidays off are available benefiting the team.

Qualifications

• Prior environmental services housekeeping experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Physically active with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
