This role partners with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care, staffing, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with leadership or management background, Missouri licensure, and a dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN with active Missouri licensure.
• Minimum 2 years in ADON or nurse leadership/management.
• Willingness to undergo background screening.

Responsibilities
