You will safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate and other settings, manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors.

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel.
Engage in security procedures and site policies, and assist with emergencies as needed.
Maintain daily activity reports and logs.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access to commercial real estate facilities, including verifying visitor credentials, issuing access credentials, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor logs, and incident documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
