Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team for evening shifts. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism and work with families to implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one ABA Therapy sessions with children with Autism, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals
• Provide Parent Training and education to empower families to continue therapy at home and support their child's progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA Therapy
