Responsabilités

• Maintain building security and safety by securing entrances.
• Monitor facilities for unauthorized occupants and report security concerns.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Collect, remove and dispose of trash and waste.
• Clean and maintain floors via sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Notify management about maintenance issues or repairs needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
• Clean blinds, glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors.
• Polish furniture and fixtures to maintain professional appearance.
• Dust and wipe surfaces including walls and equipment.
• Handle recyclable materials per company procedures.
• In medical facilities, safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste per regulations.
• Adapt to changes and take on new duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively and deliver information clearly.
• Provide dependable service and meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job duties.
