Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience (implied)
• CNA or HHA certificate preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per plan of care
• Obtain vital signs and document findings
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
