Job summary

Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton is seeking an experienced EV Technician to join our GM service center. You will specialize in EV service needs and work in a busy shop that emphasizes training and staying ahead in EV tech.

A background in GM dealerships is preferred, with a focus on dependable, ethical work and ongoing skill development. We offer a fully equipped, air-conditioned facility with top pay potential and opportunities for relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more EV experience; GM or other dealership experience preferred.
• Good diagnostic skills
• Willingness to continue training
• ASE and/or GM certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform EV service and repair work on electric vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair EV systems using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and calibrate EV specialized equipment and tools.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with EV technologies.

Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton has an immediate opening for an experienced EV Technician! We are a busy GM Service Center and need to add a service technician to specialize and work primarily on our EV service needs. Specialty training and experience with electric vehicle automotive service is required.
