Xcel Energy in Denver is seeking an Associate Product Portfolio Manager to oversee EV infrastructure rebate programs and related Commercial EV initiatives. You will coordinate customer engagement, project management, vendor liaison, rebate administration, regulatory reporting, and continuous program improvement to drive portfolio growth and superior service.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• MBA preferred.
• 3 years in marketing.
• Skills: product development, launch, problem solving, channel management, program management, cost management.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for product market plan to meet market needs and product goals.
• Implement portfolio marketing mix including pricing, channels, launches, acquisition and retention, lifecycle management and customer migration paths.
• Develop budgets, sales forecasts, DSM goals and profitability goals; accountability to product P&L.
• Conduct evaluation of portfolio and implement measures to maintain competitiveness.
• Responsible for excellent product implementation and timely communications of status.
• Lead teams to ensure effective marketing strategies and alignment of product needs.
