Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a hardware/mechanical/systems engineer to develop electronic control systems and assembly systems for automotive powertrain products in the United States. You will collaborate with motor, e-drive, power electronics, software, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust powertrain solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–10 years in automotive powertrain, electric drive, or related areas, with a bachelor’s or higher in engineering and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Powertrain Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–10 years of experience in automotive powertrain, electric drive, power systems, motors, inverters, electronic control systems, or assembly systems.
• Hardware, mechanical, or systems engineering background, not pure software/algorithm/sales/project management.
• Experience with automotive Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs.
• Fluent in English.
• Currently located in the United States and able to work locally in the US.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hardware, mechanical, or system design and development of electronic control systems and assembly systems for automotive powertrain products.
• Participate in requirement analysis, system architecture, concept design, interface definition, and integration validation.
• Collaborate with motor, e-drive, power electronics, software, testing, and manufacturing teams to drive product delivery.
• Support supplier technical communication, prototype development, DV/PV validation, and issue closure.
• Provide English technical communication and project support to US customers or global teams.
