Responsibilities
- Support operations of Austin Energy’s EV charging network.
- Analyze and validate operational data.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Support EV rebate program compliance.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
